What moves the price

Where your shower lands in the range.

  • The size of your shower
  • Tile, glass, and fixture choices
  • A tub-to-shower or shower-to-tub conversion
  • Layout changes
  • What we find behind the walls. Inside the shower area, that's covered by our No-Surprises Price.
How pricing works

From a range to a locked price.

1. Blueprint Session

Yuan comes to your home, measures, and goes over your package and finishes.

2. Written price in 5 days

Scope, materials, start date, and your exact price, in writing.

3. Locked

Hidden problems inside the shower area won't raise it. Changes you choose are priced in writing first.
